This work is not suitable if you are experiencing any of the following:
Pregnancy (first or final trimester), or within 6 months postpartum
Age over 75
Diagnosed severe PTSD
Severe mental health conditions (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Use of medications that significantly alter brain chemistry (e.g. antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, antipsychotics)
Recent surgeries, fractures, or physical injuries
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Aneurysms or family history of aneurysms
Serious cardiovascular or heart conditions
Severe asthma
Psychiatric hospitalization, emotional crises, or spiritual emergencies in the last 3 years
Any condition that might affect your ability to safely engage in deep emotional or physical release work

This is inner work that helps you reconnect more deeply with your body, energy, and essence.
We activate specific energy points on or around the body to support the release of blocks and patterns that don’t always shift through talking or analysis alone. This work moves through the body’s energy system and supports regulation of the nervous system.
Much of what shapes our inner world - how we feel, think, and respond - lies outside our conscious awareness. While therapy and mental insight are incredibly valuable, some things need to be felt to be released. That’s where this work begins.
We work from the understanding that the body not only “keeps the score” - it also holds the wisdom to guide us home, layer by layer, back into our natural state.
As tension and old patterns begin to dissolve, energy starts to flow more freely - and life does too. You may feel lighter, more connected, and more at home in yourself.
When energy flows, we begin to remember more of who we truly are: whole, free, and full of light.

We always begin with a short conversation so you feel grounded and clear. Then you’ll lie fully clothed on a massage table, face down, and we’ll begin the energy activations - typically on the neck and sacrum.
As I work to encourage your energy into motion, you’ll hear me making sounds to help move and direct energy. Your focus is internal. Close your eyes and turn inward - feeling your body from the inside, rather than following your thoughts, the music, or external sounds.
The body guides the process. As it begins to release stored or “bound” energy, you may feel physical sensations, emotions, or spontaneous movement. It often begins with subtle sensations or local twitches and can evolve into larger, more fluid movements.
The body is a gateway to the subconscious and unconscious - and by listening deeply, we open to profound inner change. At the end, we invite deep stillness to anchor and embody the shifts.
For online sessions:
Sessions happen via Zoom, and you’ll receive a unique Zoom link after booking. Activations are made in your field (not through physical contact) but follow the same principles and sequencing as in-person work.Most clients lie on their backs for online sessions. You’ll want to find a quiet, comfortable space - such as a bed, couch, yoga mat - where you can lie down undisturbed. Keep your camera and speakers on, and ideally position yourself so your full body is visible lengthwise (head at one end of the screen, feet at the other)

Single 1-1 session - £150
3-session package - £400
Group sessions - From £55 (depending on format and duration)
Online sessions:
Single 1-1 session - £125
3-session package - £333
Group sessions - £35 (new format)
How to buy and use a package:
To buy a 3-session package, go to the booking page and select 3-Session Packages to purchase sessions for either London (valid across all London locations) or Online (via Zoom):
• If you want to book straight away, click the Use Package button on the confirmation page
• You can also click the Schedule button in your confirmation email - this will automatically apply your unique code
• Alternatively, enter your code manually in the Coupon Code field during checkout to reduce the session price to £0. -
Before the session:
Set a positive intention for your inner work. What would you like to welcome or make more space for in your life?
Stay well hydrated
Avoid heavy meals or caffeine at least 2 hours before
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
After the session:
Allow 3-4 days for integration. During this time, you might feel more tired, emotional, have vivid dreams, or experience detox-like symptoms
Be gentle with yourself: rest, drink plenty of water, eat nourishing food, and let emotions move through without judgment

One session can offer deep insight and release. For lasting change, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions.
To allow full integration, especially in the beginning, I suggest waiting at least 2 weeks between sessions. Many clients choose to continue regularly, depending on their personal journey and goals.

Single sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund if you give at least 24 hours’ notice
Packages are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
New clients: I recommend starting with a single session before committing to a package
To reschedule or cancel a session:
Click the Change/Cancel Appointment button in your confirmation email and follow the instructions to reschedule or cancel your session. If you’d like to change the session location or format (e.g. from online to in-person or vice versa), please email me directly at anna@innerworks.studio. -
You don’t need experience with energy work, breathwork, or body-based therapy. All that’s required is openness and a willingness to explore.
If you feel deeply disconnected from your body, or experience chronic inflammation or pain, it may take more time to drop in. In these cases, I recommend starting with physical practices that help strengthen mind-body connection - such as:
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic/Fascia release exercises (e.g. Human Garage)
Exercises in “The Energy Codes” by Dr. Sue Morter
